By accessing or using Court Logic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including coaches, staff, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Court Logic is a volleyball analytics and team management platform that allows coaches to track player evaluations, record live game and practice statistics, manage practice plans, and collaborate with coaching staff within their organizations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are owned by Court Logic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the platform.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you create within Court Logic, including evaluations, practice plans, and statistical records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform.

7. Organization & Team Data

Data entered within an organization context (teams, players, evaluations) is accessible to authorized members of that organization based on their assigned roles. Organization administrators control membership and access levels.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
